I recently bought a pair of used Boston Rally's and just installed them. They sound amazing, but it seems as if the right tweeter plays a little louder and a little more crisp. I tried moving the left tweeter around and reversing the polarity. Im going to try swapping the tweeters tomorrow.
It just sounds like the left is flat and duller than the right, which is really screwing up the soundstage because its throwing everything to the right.

Just wondered if the one tweeter could've been abused by the past owner and is partially destroyed?

Thanks.

have you tried switching the tweet's to see if they still sound the same on different sides?

Not yet, gona tackle that in the morning. It was bad enough sitting in the drive-way after midnight with only a small flashlight, will wait for the sun to come up.
