decent 8's for factory sub replacement?

I did some looking for 8" free air subs because it's raining and i ain't got s**t to do and found one made by DLS Performance OA8 but it's 8ohms. And the other is an Earthquake SWS-8X and it's 4ohms but is designed to work in a rear deck application. I do know people use the *cough* Image Dynamics*cough* ID8V.3 in free air use and they come in D2 and D4 and they need as little as 50 watts rms. Hope this helps a bit. If i do come across something else i'll post it up. Good Luck.

The RE-8's are great for getting boomy loud spl from low power, but not very musical. Much improved musicality with decent spl can be produced from JL 8W1v2-4ohm with the low power from stock HU
