I have an older earthquake amp model " Tremor TNT600". It is 600 watts and am looking to use on some new speakers for my doors. Should I go coaxial or Component? What SPEAKERS do you guys recommend?

Earthquake Tremor TNT Amplifiers-TNT600

I have a toyota highlander 2006 and it uses 5-1/4 and 6-1/2 ( i think) speakers. They are JBL and use a factory amp but are not as good as I would like them to sound.
I have a alpine mrx m100 amp monoblock 1000watts at 2 ohms. I have a L7 in a ported 2.25 cubic box.

Components, as for brands the best way to choose them is to go and listen to a demo if you can.
