deciding between 2 12 cvr's or 1 15" L5

looking to buy new sub/subs for my car and have narrowed it down between either 2 12" kicker CompVR's or 1 15" Kicker L5 sub.

I'll prolly be running a 600 watts rms in a 2 ohm load to the sub.

Will the L5 put out better sound quality then the CVR's?

and which one would put out more bass with that amount of watts becuase i know both sub/subs have roughly the same surface area so would it be more beneficial to buy one over the other.

If buying the CVR's they'll come with a kicker box for them but if I buy the L5 it does not come with a box.

thanks for the help

From what I hear, CVR's have better SQ, and two 12s should have more output. Also, sealed or ported enclosure will play a big role in output. It seems the CVR's win, cause they also come with a box already. Space requirements should be about the same with either sub/s. Plus, less power compression with two subs, which is marginal as you are not running a lot of power.

I have 2 CVR 15's. Pretty good SQ. if you don't overpower them.

I wish i had 2 L7 15's. And a lot more power.
