Holy F*ck!! I cannot be - f*cking - leive that someone could make over a thousand posts on this board and be so clueless. If you think that sound quality can improve when you convert the mp3 to a wav data machine file then you are poo. That is like the time that I found some sound quality testing cd's in the gutter. My shopping cart was full that day, so I went to the local library computer and converted all the cd's to 24 kbps mp3s. I emailed them to my cell phone, then used a microphone i found to record them onto a ghetto blaster that i found in the ghetto. I played the tape in my factory deck and i got a noise violation for the sub-bass. The sound was so clear I got arrested because mp3s sound just as good, if not better than cds in my opinion.

As an on-topic note, many of these mid level Alpine units have 2V output for Front and Rear, and 4V for the sub. I would say it is likely that both these models have this.

 

Yes I am sorry, sorry about you guys and how pathetic you are. I mean I thought I was pathetic because I occasionally roll around in the gutter, but you guys put all your money into stereos that you really don't know anything about. How can JeepBeats or whatever be a "car audio guy" and actually think that mp3s sound as good as factory cds???? Once again, I'm sorry you're pathetic, but that's what you've come to be.

HMMMM Homeless Guy, where did I say that MP3 sounds as good as c.d. quality? I merely said that converting the MP3 to a wav. file will take that compressed file, and decompress it back to the wav. format. The point I was trying to make was that a disc of MP3's will sound more compressed, depending on the bitrate, than a disc you buy(or in your case steal) from a store, or even one that you burnt in the Wav. format. Take it easy on that crack pipe man....

An mp3 deck has a decompressor inside of it if you didn't know that (probably you didn't) because you're pretty not smart and stuff. It doesn't matter whether the deck decompresses the mp3 or your computer decompresses it, it will still sound exactly the same. Now if you cannot understand that then it seems to me that you are MERELY, yes MERELY as you would say with your big words and such, a complete idiot. By the way, you **** me off way more than i **** you off. Why don't you actually investigate the TRUTH before you go ing around senseless stories and dumb jokes on a message board. Now if you excuse me, I have to do some body work on my shopping cart, so frig off.
