Which do you prefer?
Reps that never stay away? ie (Pete from Staub) or Reps that never come by? ie (Directed). I am on Vancouver Island and it seems that the 1.5 hour ferry ride across is too much for most companies. Does anyone else have issues with stuff like this? Or I am just too fussy?

Yeah, I have realised that apparently we are in a time warp over here.
It does make getting product interesting some times though.......

If you ask my dealers.......I'm usually over there at least once a month.
It is pretty expensive to get over there more than that......its $100 for the ferry, and least $75-$100 in gas (for my car anyway), then you usually have to stay over at least 1 night......so tak on another $100
Its at least a $300 trip. And I dont get re-embursed for it either.....thats a fair chunk out of pocket......and it takes some big orders to get that back.
But if the business is there, I'll be there.
If you want me to visit.........no problem.....if you want me to stay away.....thats fine too. Some guys like getting a visit, other could care less ....
I used like visits from some reps and hated visits from others........depended on the rep.
Which store are you from ?? What brands do you deal with ??
