I can get 12 sq feet of dynamat for $60.. just the regular dynamat..
is that a good deal?

Will it help out my trunk a tad bit and make it sound a bit better?

doesn't sound like an overly special deal.

you can get dynamat xtreme for about the same price online, including shipping.

dynamat will make a significant difference if you dynamat the whole trunk. i don't think 12sq ft is enough though. i used 72sq ft of dynamat extreme just for my two doors and full trunk. ...doubled up on the doors and trunk lid though.

Interesting..
You know of any deals in Toronto? I hate having shipped here..
Futureshop has a trunk kit for $200 and those only covers 19.5 sq ft.

Yes, there's Canadian retailers ... visit a Canadian audio shop, I'm sure that's a start ...
NOT Future Shop.

Isn't there "Hush Mat" and "Fat Mat" (as already discussed) that can be purchased locally? Just saying ...

I don't personally know because I haven't bought any, but I know there's bound to be a thread or two here on the site about what people are using and where they're getting it.
Do an advanced search and search only "General Discussion" or the SPL section and search for sound proofing or dynamat or something of the sort ...

Otherwise, hope for the best in this thread

50 sq.ft. of deadener will run you about $170.00 from me. This is for B-Quiet Ultimate which is a very good deadener that I have used for years now. This is a little cheaper than you could buy the roll for direct from B-Quiet. If it is too much material for you, although I doubt it as you can never seem to have enough, I am sure you could sell the balance of the roll here on the forum.

The quality on the B-Quiet ultimate is amazing. I use the same stuff and none of it if falling off. I got lazy and some parts still had grease when I put the B-quiet down, and they are still holding strong.

You can ask for futureshops best price on the kit and they'll sell it for 149.99. You can get hushmat at ultra autosound.
