hmmm, not sure wether you are being sarcastic or what but eD is basically only available in 3 places: www.edesignaudio.com , www.audiohole.com (They have a store at this auction site) and www.genuinecanadianaduio.com

Find me more than a handfull of companies that actually engineer and manufacter they're own speakers. Comment all you want on the design and manufacture of a sub you know NOTHING about but to take a quick quote from Dave MacKinnon's review of the e10O.14 in PAS:

"The e10O.14 is indeed the embodiment of what a great subwoofer should be. It's subtle in terms of cosmetics and downright ostentatious when it comes to purist performance."

And that is they're mid level driver [img]graemlins/bow.gif[/img]

Do you think ED would advertise or have anything to do with a mag that bashes its woofer.. of course it was a good reveiw.

 

Have you even heard an ED woofer? Spoken to Ben? I've used eD in several installs I've done and no one has ever been dissapointed. Yes, they had some design issues in the past, but they don't go to TC Sounds, or Eminence, or whomever else for all their designs. On a different note, if you ask anyone that knows me, I don't love eD's woofers personally, and I don't particularly care for the evolution of the company. However, that being said, they do make good products, and as far as I know, Ben does everything he can for the progression of his company. In a few years I doubt you'll be saying the same things about Elemental.

Plus I am hppy to say that he and I are friends and I have been told by him that what he said on the eD review was an honest opinion.

 

Regardless of the merits of the woofers (which MOST 'in the know' people will agree is a pretty fine product), what is the legitimacy of the site posted initially???

B-stock or not, those prices are pretty substantially discounted...
