effect of underpowering or overpowering?

I've been running my 10" Type X for about 8 months now on a Rockford P3001, says its like 565RMS. It performs nicely for being underpowered, like the above posts say, have your gains set right and you'll have no problems until you can get a bigger amp. Enjoy the Type X's
