Should be a screw holding the roller thing onto the inside of the door.

There's likely a u-shaped spring steel clip holding the window crank handle in place.

Gently pry up the edge of the crank handle where it meets the door panel and take a look underneath (you might also be able to just press down on the door panel around the crank to open up a gap to see into).

You should be able to see either the two open ends or the bottom of the 'U' - you may need to wind the window up or down a bit to get things lined up.

Once you've found the clip, use a screwdriver or a pair of needle nose pliers to push it (away from you) off the winder post, then you'll be able to pull off the handle.

To put it back on, slip the clip onto the handle (there will be a couple of grooves in the handle that you'll slide the open arms of the clip into), then just pop the whole thing (handle and clip) back onto the shaft it came off of.

Cheers,

If a screwdriver seems difficult, try using a rag or small cloth. Get one side of the clip jammed in it and pull it away, sometimes it's a lot easier.
