Fastening down my amp... Help

bolt the amp to a piece of wood and use straps or some kind of bracket to attach the wood to the seat bolts.

The only thing to worry about with the velcro idea is if that amp heats up, it may melt the glue on the backing and have it trickle onto his pristine carpet.

Combine some of these ideas:
Mount it to a sheet of wood, and put velcro on the bottom of the wood. The heat will be absorbed by the wood so it won't get to the velcro.

Or you can mount it to a board and attach hooks etc to the board that latch onto parts of the vehicle.

If all else fails, use all that extra wire you have around your amp, and hang it from the bottom of the seat [img]tongue.gif[/img]
