Very innovative.
Great way to keep a system stealth.
Anyone know a target MSRP?

trk2loud, read the whole article, it explains itself very well.

Very interesting. So I'm guessing the calibration CD does something sorta like an RTA does. It sends out a pink-noise signal into the OEM CD player and the CleanSweep unit checks the output and sees how far off from 0 it is for peaks and valleys indicating what kind of equalization is in the OEM head unit? Then the built-in eq auto-corrects using it's own 30 bands of equalization. And as for volume-compensation for bass and stuff like that, perhaps it steps the 'volume' of the pink noise when it's doing the calibration to find out how the OEM deck changes it's own equalization with increasing amounts of 'musical' signal.

Although I'm not a big fan of the company, this product looks interesting.
Well done.

Very cool idea. I'd still prefer to buy an aftermarket HU though

Yes the g35 is somewhat in that boat 270 us and some soldering in order to be able to install a double din unit. I believe we also lose the functionality of some of the heating(dual climate control) Then add a hu you are into 1k plus. Damn automakers need a kick in the gonads.
