GEM-SEN WTF

Ok so you close my topic
Now you tell me to relax etc, you bought from a pawnshop etc your own fault...
I dont give a **** where i bought it from...
Lets say i bought it new 2 years ago...
and its broken and i sent it back to Gem-Sen
but before i had it send back to Gem-Sen i had it tested at A local Stereo SHOP
TO make sure the amp was ****ed before i sent it back and it wasnt something with my car wireing etc
AMP ****ED
So i spend a total of 110 shippin/ dianostic fees
Only to get my amp back and told thier are no problems with my amp.
So i goto the shop where i got my dianostic done locally to get them to check it again and its still BROKEN...
SO TELL ME WHY I SHOULD RELAX...
DID U COUGH OUT 110 BUCKS FOR WHAT?
DO you think i Enjoy wasting my money?
AND I DONT CARE WHERE I BOUGHT THE AMP...
I've had the worst Service with Gem-Sen and they sent me back A broken amp and said its fine.
Charged me a dianostic fee and shippin
Now if they told me IT was Broken and costs 100 to fix thats fine.
I would be happy paying the dianostic fee and shippin which adds up to 80 bucks. and it would be my choice or not to fix the amp.
Now what do i do Ship the amp back to them? Pay another 80 for shippin and dianostic? and just relax and take a pill? oh and dont worry about it cause i bought it from a pawnshop so who cares right?
what if i bought it from a friend, or new a couple years ago what ****in differnce does it make
THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED HAS BEEN HORRIBLE
AND IM GUNNA LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIEVED

you're right it doesn't matter where you bought it ..........but what is it you expect us to do
for the record I spent 50 dollars to send a couple soundstream woofers back for warrenty...........warrenty denied cause the coils were black (burnt) had to pay an additional 50 to get em back only to open the box and find out there was no warrenty
I sent in a cd player had to pay shipping only to be told it was unfixable
I took in a audiocontrol 3.1 to 3 different shops all told me it tested fine on the bench......it just didn't work right in my truck ????
this stuff happens.........it's life sorry
as for me I would have took the amp back and not tried to fix it.........but that's just me and hindsight is 20/20 .........

holy **** dude, learn to deal with your own problems yourself...people gave you advice and you rejected it. You can't ask people to hold your hand anymore...grow up.

I'd just Like to let everyone in the world know my problem with Gem-Sen
I've heard good things about them and i've had nothing but a bad experience from them
That would be why im here telling everyone...

if someone would have told me a nightmare story like I had.
I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE PAWNSHOP AND CUT MY LOSSES...
My losses have only grown with my dealins with Gem-Sen... and i've only gotten bad service...

I understand you feel ripped, but we do not like people coming on here and YELLING and swearing ect...
you could post a nice calm post saying you were told that if you sent an item in for service you'd get it back within a set time frame and not only did that not happen but you were also told there was no problem with the unit but it still does not work and you are not happy because you are now out 80 dollars for shipping and such
but no you had to be all hostile and yelling and crap so now none of us give a crap anymore
I'm closing this post
