I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with us. I've noted your comments below:
THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS DEALIN WITH GEM-SEN
IM ASKING YOU TOO AGREE WITH ME
YES YOU HAD ****TY SERVICE, YES THEY ****ED YOU IN THE ***, YES THEY RIPPED YOU OFF, YES THEY ****ED YOU AROUND... YES YOU SHOULD GET YOUR MONEY BACK. ETC ETC ETC
THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED HAS BEEN HORRIBLE
AND IM GUNNA LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIEVED
Gem-Sen tells me the amp is fine and they cant find anything wrong with it.
I PAID THEM a 20 dollar dianostic fee and 60 in tolal for shippin they shipped it back in the biggest box they could find... the box is like 2 feet by 2 feet by a foot and half, you coulda thrown the box on the freeway and it could have been plowed my a semi and many cars and the amp would still be fine....
THEY ****ED ME AND THE AMP DOESNT ****ING WORK!
Mabee i should just cancel the charges on my visa and forget about them...

Dave is a good (Guyanese) sh!te and I'm really surprised at this post. GEMSEN is top notch here in Canada and if anyone can make things right, it's them. Dave will figure it out for you and make sure the outcome is fair............ I've heard nothing but positive things about GEMSEN.
