I have met Jon and Martine a few times and they were very pleasent people.
I have heard of some issues outside of their business and hopefully that will go alright for them. They will get back to you and help out in any way. I am sure of it.

also intsaed of emailing, just call the # on the site. be as persoanl as possible. email is not the best way to comunicate all the time! good luck!

I know that Jon and Martine aren't there 100 percent of the time right now, but they do have good reasons not to be. You can expect to wait on a preorder whenever you get in line for one. I'm waiting a bunch of stuff from them, and I haven't heard back from Jon in a while, and used to talk to Jon till god knows what hour. That man sleeps so little! So understand that there might be something else keeping him from GCA.
Everything gets shipped out in order. If you ordered later, then you have to wait.
