Thumbs up

So what gauge should I use. I was thinking of going to Princess Auto and getting some 1/0 gauge welding cable..OK??

you could do that, and it wouldn't hurt, I would be more inclined to use something closer to 4Awg just as it's cheaper, and easier to work with under the hood. but 0 Awg isn't going to hurt. Unless you're setting up some huge SPL car, 4 awg should be sufficient.

if you feel the need for o awg, try this web site

www.na-electronics.com they have a 50ft roll of o ga for around 75 bucks.

but as previous, 4ga should do the trick.

Honestly I think a welding supply shop will be the cheapest. I found my stuff for 1.79/foot, I think Princess Auto is similar at 1.99/foot IIRC.

Anyways, it's cheaper than 4 awg from an audio shop, unless you can find that from princess auto too

Good luck with it, I just did mine today LOL.

^^^ I meant for him to look at PA for the 4AWG, they had it the last time I was there.

Factory cables already 4 AWG???? are you sure? I could be wrong as I haven't worked on an accord in a while, but I can't see the factory using 4 AWG for the factory system.
Has an installer added anything to the car?
like I said, I could be wrong but...
