Got A Screen, need ideas

I have a 6.5" LCD screen that came with the car, wondering if anyone has any ideas. Any way I can make it touch-screen and make it a gps...or turn it into some gauges or something? If not...it goes back to being a movie screen...

not stock, pulled from a non-functioning portable dvd player but modded for car use and it's in a 2k Chev Cavalier.
