HDD base solutions for car audio
I am looking for ideas for a HDD solution to store MP3s for car audio.
I have a Kenwood KVT-817DVD and I had a Kenwood Music Keg hooked up to it. The only problem is that the HDD is dying on me and I don't want to go back to CDs.
I have an iPod and thinking about using that but I would like to know the best way to connect an iPod to my headunit, I would like to control the iPod with the headunit.
Any suggestions?
Thank you

I can really see anywhere on phatnoise's web site to order, From what I can see the DMS will cost $299 and there is no way in hell I am spending $299 on a HDD.
I looked on ebay and the only ones I could find only ships to the US.

If you're looking for a deal on a used cartridge then I would suggest going the ipod route then - still going to cost you. The Kenwood Keg has better sound the the ipod - IMHO
Also you can contact the seller on ebay and tell them your situation and he/she want may ship it to you. Try that!
