headunit question

headunit question

im looking at buying a kenwood ddx714.. its new and they have it on for $597 (regular $1150?) it has triple 2 volt pre outs though... normally the decks ive had are 4 or 5 volt.. am i going to notice a big difference with going down to 2v???

I wouldn't sweat it. There's more to a preout than the advertised voltage.

anyone ever put a double din dvd deck into a 95-96 jeep grand cherokee or into 98 durangos? i dont believe they have a double din but it seems bigger than normal. is this a possible install that wont look like garbage?

its a din and a have, some custom work would have to be done to get it to fit like found here:

The 2V preout is capable of running external power amps to full power (no problems) you might have to adjust the gain of the amps but not always.

it says 2v@600 ohms.. can someone break it down for me please?
