Hey im new here and to car audio in general and had a couple "noobish" questions :P

and my first question is what is the difference between Dual 2 ohms and Dual 4 ohms

my second question is what is the difference in a ported and an un ported box?

my 3rd question :P is i know nothing about amps, what would i be looking for to power 2 of the subs that I put earlier in my post.

and my last question is if i get the box the 2 subs and the amp would there be anything else needed?

RMS: 1000 watts

That's most likely because you are asking the most basic, simplest car audio questions and there is already a wealth of knowledge if you use the search function.

Try searching for keywords such as "impedance", "ohms", "mono amp",
"Kicker L7".

You should definitely look up "ported box" or "sealed box" or whatever.

And besides your amp, subs, and box you should be looking at some heavy guage wiring and doing the big 3. Look up the "Big 3" or the "Big three".
