Help with building a system

So I got a new amp the other day it's a hifonics Brutus 2000.1d super d class, my speaker setup is 2 alpine type s 1500 watt in a sealed box running at 4 ohm 500 watts and the amp only goes so low at 700 so I'm planning on getting new speakers and building a bigger box maybe ported or sealed, have no idea yet but all this stuff is going into a 1986 Monte carlo ss that back seats don't lay down in.

Just need some help all I ever messed with was old junker amps so all this stuff on the Brutus s new to me.

are the subs dual voice coils ? if so you could mess with the wiring and maybe get down to 1 or 2 ohm loads, just don't turn the gain too high if you feel that is too much power for the type s'
and sealed might be a better option in the Monte if the back seats aren't foldable
