Need help building a system

Okay Im new to car audio, i have a 90 civic hatchback and this is my system so far:

-sony bluetooth deck ($120 boxing day)
-pair of 6" MTX speakers in the front (one stopped working the day I installed it i think from water damage) ($30 brand new from friend)
I also just ordered
-Phoenix Gold Xenon X400.1 paid $130
-Phoenix Gold Xenon X10D4 paid $70
-8 guage amp kit

Is the sub and amp i bought good deals?

I am getting new Hifonics front speakers and putting the other ones in the back. I cant decide whether to get the coax or comp ones tho. has nothing to do with the price really, i just dont think i can install them. How hard is it? I really have no experience with this stuff and i dont want it to look like crap. Heres the links:
Coax
Comp

Also do you think these are good speakers?

Im not getting an amp for speakers, at least not for now. Dont think i need it my car is pretty small.

Also, i want to sound dampen, but seems like something i would mess up on, and it seems expensive. at least the doors would be nice.

also I was wondering what i should do bout my speaker getting wet in my door. I could get baffles but i hear they mess up the sound. I heard u could use margarine containers- if i did this should i cut out the bottom?

I still need to buy/make a box. itd be sweet to build a box for where my spare is right now.

I know lots of my questions are my own decisions but I've got so many questions and its driving me crazy! Is there anything else I need? I dont need to upgrade my battery/alt/wiring with this system do i?

Anyone live in the lower mainland that'd be willing to help me install my sound system? I REALLY NEED HELP

thanks all

A. Who cares if they are good deals or not. You bought it all and be happy. People will only rain on your parade.

B. Get a piece of paper and draw out your system and all the necessary wiring connections in detail if you're installing this yourself. That way you will hoepfully not F anything up.

C. Think about where you will route the wiring in your car carefully.

D. Plastic cup is a great idea to protect yoru speaker as long as it has no window clearance issues and is NOT sealed AND is solidly mounted.

E. Who cares what others think of your gear as well (refer to A.). Just be excited.

F. Sound deadening is a waste if you blindly install it. Install your system first and then sound deaden problems after you find you have them. Otherwise, pissing your money away.

G. For the spare tire well.... build a 2x4 square that goes around the spare wheel hole opening, expanding foam it to the car floor on the inside and outside........ cut a sheet of MDF for the baffle and screw into the 2x4 box...... sub hole in the baffle...... carpet......... DONE. You can adjust the internal volume by sticking in foam block to reduce the volume if it's too big. If you tire of this setup, cut the spray foam and remove from the car to the trash bin. This box is hard to steal, looks integrated and does no damage to the car interior as you don't drill to secure it. Just make sure that the floor you are spray foaming to has been VERY thoroughly cleaned to get a good bond between the foam and the painted metal.

Just my $0.02............. and 90's Civics are cool.......... have fun !!
