How long should I have to wait?

I'm sitting here holding a phone in one hand and typing this post.......... 9 minutes and counting.
Do these guys not have a "person on hold" call back?
Just got through on my cell..........
Well, it looks like I can get my money back.
Sorry for dragging Visions through the mud on this, but I was not in the wrong. I still have my extended warranty there for my IVA-D901. Three years, so I don't want trouble. I really like the sales guy there and the one Aussie fellow. Great experience, except for this special order issue.
Thanks for everybody's suggestions and input. I still have a lot of faith in local retaillers as opposed to online retaillers.
