It reminds me of the first few years in the mid 80's when car audio became popular. I remember installers(mostly backyard) cutting out package shelves and structural metal from the cars they were working on to facilitate larger subs. One guy had his car towed after such an install and bent the car into an "L" shape because so much metal was removed. VERY LITTLE HAS CAHNGED IN 20 YEARS!
