I was cleaning my garage and found a couple of old subs, a 12" RF P1 and an old 15" MTX 5500, I tested both and they are both blown, so I was wondering if it was possible to make one working sub out of these two or should I just scrap them

honestly.. it's a waste of time and you probably couldn't get anything out of those specific woofers anyways.
