ROFL you called him a fail at life!!! CLASSIC hahahahahahaha
as for the suicide thing, I don't know how anyone can feel bad for someone who committed suicide. I personally belive that is the most cowardly thing you can do besides use women and children as a shield from police and their tear gas.
anyways, admincca, you're a jerk and I'm going to sue you for it.

I think the part Dave is failing to realize is that his little disclaimer at the top of the email will hold ZERO weight in a court of law. Rick has never signed a NDA or anything of the type so he's free to post any emails that are sent to HIS account. He is not legally bound to anything because he never AGREED to it.
Second of all - he threatens legal action for "Libel and Defamation" (why he capitalized those, I have no idea) but he doesn't understand is that these two are only applicable if you MAKE THINGS UP. You can't claim either of those for posting something FACTUAL like, I don't know, an email that a certain individual typed up and sent on his own.
Good lord people who work in car audio sure seem to think that this also grants them a law degree.
I don't even know where to begin with the rest of it. The over-use of big words doesn't impress me. It means you went to the thesaurus and pulled out a bunch of crap to try and show off or intimidate.
Sorry to break it to you David but I'm NOT AT ALL impressed by someone who uses big words the way you have. Sure, I understand what they all mean and could use them myself but it does nothing more than to show off how pompous and arrogant you are and the lengths in which you will go to try and make yourself look superior. (this is MY opinion though - for Dukk again!)
See, the reason why you shouldn't use those worse is because later on in your diatribe you forget an entire word (check the beginning of paragraph 4). So all the work you've done trying to use obscure and impressive sounding words was immediately cancelled out because you can't even use the very basic word "you" properly.
You fail even more at life than Sean does because you're getting yourself involved in something that was NEVER your business and doing nothing more than making yourself, and every business you're associated with, look stupid.
