I noticed whole car audio industry is not that keen of fast reply, and making the customer feel like they're on top of their game. I must've dealt with 10 companies in the past two months and all of them took days to respond or I had to call to inquire on what's going on. Thank god those are my last parts for complete new car audio.
I'm in construction and having my own business I gotta be on top of my game, if I don't answer the phone or don't reply the customer simply moves to someone else and no business for me. I think I'm just used to different kind of aproach to dealing with customers.

like i said in the other forum for the most part Eric and Sean, who btw got his account deleted from this forum, try to give fast responses. especially if emailed directly or called. there are those times tho when they won't be able to catch the email as they are a large company and it usually is quicker to call. I'm quick myself to call a company and ask questions if it is of the upmost importance.

Actually I was suprised by Sean from ID and Rick from CCA because once I called both of them and gave them one sentence of who I am, they rememberd right there what I'm inetersted in and when I e-miled them, for such big companies I thought they'd be like "who are you again ?"
I leave early in the morning to work, come back late, so it's hard to call cuz they're closed by the time I get home, and I gave up my Iphone to my gf so she can have asier time at college. Gotta get her new iphone when it comes out this summer cuz without mine I feel like without one arm

ya they do have great customer service. they may miss an email now and then is you go through the "company" email but if you email them personnally they keep up. and that's where i come in too i keep them on their toes over there
