I only have 1 Pre-Out behind my HU I want to split RCA to connect 2 Mono Amps, is that ok?

Will it cause any noise?

Should be okay, so long as when you split the signal each amp sees a left and right. Noise will entirely depend on the quality of the cables, proximity to high current lines and about a thousand other variables...

It sounds like you are running deck power to the front and rear full range and two mono amps two two subs? That in itself sounds like it will be generating noise cause you probably will be working the deck to the max to keep up with the subs and HU amps are going to be potting alot more distortioin out... If you are stuck in keeping a 2 ch head unit, I'd just run a two channel plus sub system from an external amp.

YMMV

do neither of the amps have rca outputs on them? they're there so you can daisy chain the signal to other amps rather than having a splitter
