I am not sure why some people disagree with this, but I would say whatever you do, do not use the coax speakers if you're going to run them from the headunit. Amped 6.5" components will sound absolutely amazing (providing that Pyramid you have can actually produce power), and having full-range coaxes running at 10W from a headunit amp will not add any SPL, and may even degrade SQ, in fact I am sure of it. Now, consider powering those coaxes with the same amp, in parallel, as the comps, and you will be happy.
Where are the coaxes located, and where are you planning to put the comps?

Well from this list, I'm not too family with some of the products, but as for the focals, if your looking at them i would move up and look at the polyglass line rather than the entry level access. Hertz is another brand that is good, and for the access line to focal their Energy line matches well with them. I've been told/read that the Infinity's tweeters are very bright. The alpines from what I remember have a good solid midbass driver and aren't too bad.
since your in edmonton, if you ever make it down to calgary, audio concepts carry both hertz and focal for listening.

Most of those speakers listed are marketed to the customer as a 6.5" component but are truly a oversize 6.5" or properly marketed 6.75" component and as such will not fit.
The Eclipse component speakers are a 6.5" component that will work in this application. The Morel, Focal, JBL, Alpine are all too wide.
This is called a pointsource speaker, they come with a removeable tweeter to make them a component type speaker.

This is a dedicated component speaker, we just had them arrive two days ago.

well my clarion deck puts out 22rms x 4,so that a little better than 10w,but not by much...i will only have componets running at first since thats all i can afford right now,i'll see how it sounds for a month or so then i'll figure out if i need coaxiels.im not to sure how to wire 4 speakers in paralell to a 2 ch amp,i only know how to do it on 2 subs.
Those fuses on that Pyramid amp are Two Blue 15's.i dont know how to tell anything about the amp by looking at fuses ,so if u can help me out...and have u listend to those eclipse speakers? they any good? whats good about them?..and also what do i look for when buying speakers? specs wise, other than rms
sorry bout all the questions, didnt realize how in depth this audio shiat gets lol

Ignore specs in most cases, put that spec sheet up to your ear and tell me how it sounds. Real world conditions of a speaker operating in your vehicle are far different than listening to a speaker in a display board. I like recommending things that I know have a highly predictable outcome for the customer. The Eclipse speakers sound great, they will work and they are close to your price range. One nice thing about these speakers is their ability to be either a pointsource speaker (meaning the tweeter mounts dead center of the woofer) or by using a supplied plug (that covers the center hole left by removing the tweeter), it becomes a true dedicated component and allows you to mount the tweeter in another location. They are a proven performer over the years and they are finally down to a reasonable price point. Years ago, the same speaker was $350.00 and the tweeter was not removeable. A great upgrade to some fine speakers.
As far as the power rating of your amp goes, look at it being around the 60w x 2 mark for it's real power rating. JBL for example has a amp with a 25 amp fuse in it that is also a 60w x 2 amplifier in the CS60.2.
