Am I going to have to upgrade the alt? I'm already planning on the big 3, and a new battery for sure. I wont be playing the system much sitting around other than at stoplights/signs..

Its a 97 sunfire btw.

 

Now the fusing on the amps added together is 180 amps, but thats not current draw correct?

 

You will most likely draw 90 amps max while blairing it, and unless you're into SPL comps those amps wont be drawing any more than that. If you do your big 3 and get a heavy duty battery, you will be fine with stock alt if its around 90 amps or more. A bigger alt is more of a luxury.
