thanks for the help everyone.

i actually ended up pickin up an mtx amp since it was the same power and price as the JBL i was lookin at, cept the MTX came with a free 90$ wiring kit and the JBL didnt.

I had a 1200.1, and it was a rock solid amp. I liked their old power series...not sure about the new bpx stuff though.

Yeah, I am running a 600.1 and an 80.4 and have never ran into any issues with them, been close to 2 years now

im takin the MTX back and upgrading my system lol

keepin my deck, but sellin my subs and takin the amp back. i need MORE BASS!!! lol

Check out my JBL's. I think there kick-***. I do alot of shows with this car, running them full tilt all day, and they never shut down. And their 3 years old! If you have more $$$, the new JBL/Crown series stuff is even better that the older BP series. I am a little biased though, I used JBL commerical sound equipment for years, so it is natural for me to like thier car stuff. [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
