JL500.1 question?

hi guys! i was wondering since this amp is regulated power from 1.5~4 ohms,

will you get more power say from 2 SVC subs (800RMS total) running at a 2

ohm load than 2 DVC subs (800RMS total) running on a 4 ohm load, if the

same 2 set ups were in the same car with the same power wires,box etc...???

i wouldnt ask this question normally coz i know that amps will put out more

power at a 2 ohm load, but what about the JL case?? since it says 500+

RMS watts across the board. would you feel any difference?? thx!

With 2 possible rail voltages I think running 4ohm would give a little more power then 2ohm..

Those are funny amps though.. and Iam not exacly sure where they 'switch over'

what do you mean slow/n\low ? do you think it doesnt put out that power, 500rms? or overrated?
im not an expert on these amps so any help would be great

They claim that the power stays the same power at any impedance, But I dont believe that to be true. It moves all over the map.
