so im gonna be helping with a build/install in a ext cab ranger and the owner is doing 2 12" Kicker CVRs with a RF bd1000.1 amp... probably going with a sealed box and wondering is it best to fire the subs into the sky or facing the front seats? how many cubes do u think??

was thinking about doinb ported but worried about port noise and calculating the box as it will be angled and theres a hump in the floor that we ahve to build over

Port that , have the subs facing forwards aslong as nothing would harm them.

fire the subs straight up.and fire the ports towards the back.

2 ported 12's in a danger ranger x cab would be awesome. it'd be worth it to figure out the calculations. ports up subs up possibly? personal preference anyways.

Port/s, subs up, if you are worried about a hump in the floor build a fake florr higher then it and put your box on it. As for port noise dont worry about it. Build a nice big slot port.
