Well it can be a variety of things, noise violations (especially if there are "quiet neighbourhoods") not to mention if they want to be hard on you they can try to hit you with all kinds of things, it's all about the "interpretation of the law". So like Car Trek said... "Bump Responsibly"

so I was being a jerk 3 weeks ago when I just got my system back in, well let's put it this way... I was showing off what I got.... and driving through downtown I was doing 4 sec burps of 45 hz at level 30 on my deck(I hit on avg 140db)....... in the middle of downtown we have a neighborhood watch/cop shop they must have heard me coming a block away because they were lookin at me drive by, no bad looks mind you just shaking there heads and then headed back in......

I may be mistaken, but I think a noise violation would be anything louder than 113Db, past 11pm. Should the constable hand you a ticket, you can ask him in court what device he used to measure for the noise level, if he didn't have a mesuring device, I would venture to say that the judge will not want to hear the case, and dismiss it.

lol..thanx a lot, just got off work so i just checked know....and dukk, i know being pulled over comes with the car, i just think that its messed up that they are saying they are basically gonna come after me for anything...oh well, i say screw em, let them come after me if they want, i just wont give them a reason to pull me over.....but anyways, thnx

Ummm Redzone....... if you haven't seen my install pics.... then you wouldn't know that the entire car and I mean entire car has 1-2 layers of b-quiet in it.... and really do you think I do it all the time it was only the once where I wanted to feel irresponsible......
