I think that the key is in that PRICE RANGE any amp claiming to do more power is just overrated and that is probobly true. Sure there are more powerful amps out there but not in that price range. Any amp in that price range claiming 200wrms is probobly overexagerating the power that it will put out like MA Audio or something like that which says 200watts which is actually peak power and at huge distortion rate, so if you take that into account its alot less

^^according the the poster..."the thing that pisses me off most is that they said that any 4 channel amp will only have 45 watts rms anyway and the only way they could have have 200 wats or something crazy like that is if lighting struck it." The comment about price range referred to the 4x6 speakers.

well i was looking at putting this rockford amp on some rockford componets. its claims 100wats rms at 4ohms. thats all i need

it'll be plenty loud! RF amps are great and always put out more than they're rated for.
