i'd say the pioneer 7500mp as well, very nice deck. awesome graphics too. check e-bay, you can probably get one under $300 in good shape

 

I suggest the Alpine 9815, I recently upgraded to this from the Pioneer 7400mp which has very weak preout voltage!

 

My previous deck was an Alpine 7894 which met all those requirements and was a great deck. Would highly recommend it.

the Pioneer 7500mp is a great deck for the price.
4v pre-outs, built in LP/HP crossovers and it looks pretty cool too. It's a Future Shop for 499.99 installed. I'm not a big fan of Sony but the 850MP is a pretty good deck for price too,4v pre-outs, mp3, motorized face, I've been sold out of that one all summer. It goes for 449.99 installed. good luck.
