I drive a 2000 honda accord .. i was wondering if my sub says 300 nominal rms and i run it with a amp thats 400w bridged .. do i run the risk of blowing it? Plus how would i know how many watt amp to run my front speakers off?

Are your front speakers stock? What are they?

as long as you dont go wild with the gain you should be fine.
it's better to have power and not need it then to need power and not have it.

50w rms per channel for your other speakers is fine also. however i would be careful if you are planning to amp your factory speakers. honda oem speakers are cheap and blow easy.
