Give me some pro's and cons about this amp

I was gonna go with a Phoenix Rsd1200 for my MA audio Kore 15 5000 rms sub....

but i recently heard that MA audio amps sound real nice with the MA audio subs....

so now im leaning toward this amp... so pros and cons

and does it over heat at all? let me know some experience or what what your heard about with this amp

 

ah let me rephrase that the MA audio amp makes the MA audio subs sound real nice

 

I think you must go buy M.a audio system..Its awesome and bass quality is superior...
