MAaudio any good?
MA is a great brand in my opinion. Old Synergy series was put up against the JL W7 and nearly matched its performance. I deal a lot with MA Audio products and have had nothing but success with them. Sure there are some that are defective, but what company doesn't? For the price, you really can't go wrong. Its too bad though that XS Cargo sells them for dirt cheap. Cause they would have a much better name if they raised those prices...

ma auido is ok if u dont want anything seriouse. but it sucks horribly for spl....yes i've tried.
save your money and buy something decent if u planning to succeed in spl. if u just want some rattle in your tunk then MA is the way to go.
I used two MA MA100XL (10" subs in a 2.5ft^3 vented box) subs in my Focus and hit a 147db flat on the new termlab outlaw and 145.9 legal on the new termlab...
I also have two of the Visonik V815D2 subs and hit a 153.8 legal on the new termlab...
Just depends on what you want out of your system and if you want the respect that comes with a well known brand...

i got some MA audio 12'' subs for dirt cheap from xscargo and i must say for the price they do a fine job.
if low budget is the way you want to go, then there is nothing wrong with the MA's.
and hey, run all the power that you can too em and if they blow up - so what, it's not a big loss, just go buy some more!!!

I won east hamilton radio's SQ event with a thump! (MA's lower end line) amp driving my fronts and 2 MA 10 inch competition subs. Ive had the subs and amp for over 2 years and have had no problems, not to bad considering I paid only $100.00 for both subs and $50.00 for the amp. I also just finished a complete install on my friends VW corrado in which we utilized one of MA's new style amps (sorry, dont know the model but its the one with the black and chrome cover with the blue led's) and an MA active crossover network. Let me tell you man his car sounds great, expect to see him and future IASCA sq competitons. My only gripe about MA is that they make **** quality componenets and coaxials, their subs and amps are a great buy for the money though!
