so a guy at work is selling a Directed "Xtreme" amplifier, it is a 2300X and it puts out 50x2@4ohms and 75x2 @2ohms.. and 300 peak altogether (like that matters). anyway right now i have a jensen XA 3022LX with almost the same specs.. my components are old rockford Fanatic X series 6.5's with silk (i think) tweets and a passive x-overs.

so, with both amps having similar power ratings, would the Directed Xtreme have better SQ for my fronts? because if i will not notice a HUGE difference then i could probably just use my old jensen for the time being.
would the Xtreme 2300X be something to consider?
