the reason is fried could be one of many
either one of the channels went taking out your power supply
or your power supply fried on its own
the tl494 usually driver two transistor which then in turn switch your power supply transistors
the buz-11 is a transistor which is commonly used in the older mtx amps for the power supply as well as your outputs
alot of times when one part fails its a domino affect taking out parts further up

I thought the output transistors were far removed from the power supply.
How can an output transistor fry the power supply?
BTW the powersupply transistors have P50N06
and the out puts are 50N06v

if your output transistors fry they short out and draw excess power from the power supply and then the power supply goes poof
your outputs power comes from the power supply
your outputs power comes from the power supply
