Whats 45s? A Daimond Audio D9124 is going in it hopefully tomorrow.

The 45's are 45 degree corner pieces that will smoothout the air flow around the bends in the corners and improve, efficiency, lower port noise and improve sound quality.

paint the inside of the box also and definitely add the 45's. Looks good though !

I would resin instead of painting. you would need alot of paint to saturate the mdf. Resin would give a nice smooth surface for airflow.

Just finished the box about 30 minutes ago it sounds good haven't pushed it yet though because I'm letting the glue dry.

Here is the box finished with my sub in it.

I was thinking of getting something like fibreglass resin and cover the hole box in it to help seal it better and to make it look abit better or something like it.
