My wifes car

My wife was always taking my truck every time she needed to go somewhere because the system in her car sounded like dog poo. It's a crappy rainy weekend once again where I can't really do much, but I did a once through the garage and closets and rounded up what ever components that I could find to slam a fast system together and installed it in her car, on the fly, in between downpours yesterday and then finished it this morning. It isn't anything special but it sounds much better than what was in there and she likes it. Maybe now I will be able to drive my truck on the weekends because she actually will use her car now.

ha! seriously though,i think its cool your wife appreciates good sound. my wifes idea of good sound is crankin the clock radio while blow drying her hair.maybe the hair dryer adds some midbass.

This system cost me nothing, and I put it together with stuff that was kicking around the house. It does sound pretty good and can get loud. She is happy with it for the most part. I will have to watch the for sale section for a better head unit though, this old Alpine is lacking in a few features but does the job for know.
