Need advice, heavy bass setup.

I think they're onto a good point here.
There's a difference between something to "Hold You Off" and just buying stuff that's crap. With what you're describing, doesn't sound like you're leaving yourself much.
My first setup, I was able to find 2 12" subs, a decent amp and had it installed by a professional shop (paid out my a$$ aka) and had a Kenwood deck installed.
I still use that deck to this day, still own this subs (not using them now, but own them) and still use that amp.
So even though my budget was made of nothing, I had a little bit to play with to get something half decent.
I suggest you do the same. Buy a few average-above average pieces rather than just buying all crap.
