Need suggestions for a good car alarm asap!!! Please let me know

Hey everybody as the title says im in need of suggestions for a good car alarm, due to upgrading my deck to a kenwood dnx 8120 im a little worried about it getting stolen thus i wanted some suggestions on a good car alarm. Although i know if someone really wants to steal it they will get in and steal it but i want to take the necessary steps to keep it from happening. So if anyone has any suggestions please let me know asap thanks guys.

Um some of the best out there are compustar and viper but it all really depends on
What your looking for in your alarm. I got a python I think it's a 902s or something, I can find out for you.
I'm happy with it but I do wish it was more sensitive. I got it on max sensativity and its not doing it for me.

Compustar really has the best options for add on's later. For instance if u think a base model is ok, but later u find out u want more ( remote starter, proximity sensors, etc) I could find u a list if ud like.

Although my python also has plenty of room for add ons. U never know what cool can come out in the future.

Any reputable 2 way alarm is fine. The more range the better since nobody pays attention to sirens anymore. I always lea towards the compustar 2 ways based on range and price/quality.

As the ultimate saying goes....which will hold true for a long time to come..."Your alarm system is only as good as the guy that installed it"

A quality install should be pretty difficult to even see anything was touched under the dash or under the hood and takes a fair bit of time. a "beep beep" install which seems to be what 90% of shops are doing is just that... you push the button.. siren goes beep beep.. look under the dash and it's a mess.

Don't we have a dedicated "Car Alarm and Mobile Security" page for this issue on this forum?
There's plenty of valuable information for you there, along with the replies you got so far.
