Talking New ported box by Cutting Edge CNC

I have been wanting a ported box for a little while now and finally found someone to help me out, lets just say I am extremely pleased and have no problem recommending them to others.
The box itself was designed by Jalat, I have heard many of his designs and they all sound great so this was an easy choice>
Thanks for the help Jalat (dont know if you got my pm)

Onto the box
Box is made of cabinet grade MDF (is denser) with all edges joined with Rabbit joints and port walls held in with Dado
Fit and finish is great! one of the nice things about having a machine that deals with thousandths of an inch.
I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... (one thing you will notice is the ipPhone does not have the best camera)

Freaking nice!

How long does it take to have it cut? Can they cut 1" MDF?

it doesnt show in the pictures but the edges are router'd as well inside the port and one outside.
It cuts surprisingly quick and I am sure they can do 1" I know for the 3/4 the mill takes two cuts to make sure its all smooth.
Contact Dropout on the board if your interested, or pm me and I can see if I can give you their email.
