Maybe part of FS's install price includes those 2 items, you would have to ask them first.

Your deck budget is very close to the price of that Pioneer and you will probably appreciate the preouts later on when you upgrade.

Oh, the amp kit will probably also include the RCA cable needed to go from the deck preouts to the amp, but then again you wont be using that if the deck you purchase has no preouts. You will have to use the "high level" connector that your brother hopefully still has with the amp.

Its just a fancy way of saying "tie the amp into your existing speaker wires" if the deck has no preouts.

Speaker wire and a few small connectors is all I think of at the moment. The amp kit usually even includes a spare fuse for the inline holder.

The box for the sub you could probably pick up on here very inexpensively. I bet more than a few people have box's laying around they dont use.

You MAY want to check out www.crutchfieldcanada.com, or .ca, I dont remember right now, but I know they include some extras if you purchase from them. I think they might include the dash and connector kit with a deck for example.

I would still look into PG RSD component set. It IS a component set. At FS and N1S, those are coaxials. This PG set should not be overlooked. WAAAAAY better than other two options. WAAAAY!!!!
