paypal is pretty crappy when it comes to refunding money, I once received a product that wasn't as described. Paypal said that they would refund me the money, if I shipped back the item, out of my pocket, and I would have lose on the original shipping charges as well. I didn't take it further than that.

your best best is to use Paypal with a credit card, the credit card company will be much more inclined to chargeback Paypal, and then it's in Paypal's hands to get their money back from the seller. That's why Paypal tries their hardest to get you to use a bank account instead of a credit card, much less hassle for them

Posted negative about him on SD, claims have been filed with Paypal and Ebay also.

Here is another question. How do I setup my Paypal account to use my debit card? I can't seem to figgure it out.

 

I was the one that got burned. Have not left negative feedback yet, I have filed the case with Squaretrade, Paypal, and Ebay though. Just got back after being away for the weekend and he is bitching about me making these claims, says he was away for a few days. He wants me to get the amp fixed, and he will help pay for it. I told him it smelled burnt out of the box, which is the truth, case of his word against mine.
