Hi guys, I have some 2 year old Phoenix Gold QX 6.5" components. They are still in mint shape minus a lil solder job I had to do on the one tweeter lead coming out, no major deal.

Anyhow, the crossover is just the ****ty lil board, not much, and Im not sure where these rate on the "fidelity" scale. Im wondering if I should keep them, put them in my 98 neon, if I should buy upgraded crossovers, or just sell them for 75$ (less, more?) and buy something a lil nicer for a few more $$$

Whats your take, are there any killer deals out there right now worth selling for, or are they decent and worth tossing in the Neon?

Those are OK speakers, really better suited for installation into the rear as the mids are efficient and can play quite low in a freeair application, however, if you don't want to spend on new ones they are alright. Be very careful soldering those leads back on to the tweets, you can overheat the tiny voicecoil with the high temparature generated. Those tweets always lose their leads, so be forewarned that the other leads will do that as well. In my experience, those x-overs match the speakers well, and upgrading to a 12db box will only make a difference in a high power application.
