Pioneer DMH-Z6350bt problem (How to reset?)

Hi,

please help me,

I don't understand what's going on with my Pioneer DMH-Z6350bt device?
After battery replace (the car was off-energized for few days), the unit build in crossover is no longer controlled (I show it in this video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SmT...ew?usp=sharing ). It just memorizes the last parameters and does not adjust the cutoff frequencies, I can only change phase for the subwoofer.

Also the steering wheel button control is gone and disconnecting sources doesn't help.

Also I can't update the firmware as the update is also inactive in the menu.

I am delighted with the sound of this unit and I would like to keep it, but I don't understand if this is a software or hardware problem, maybe some wire like the handbrake has fallen off and the unit thinks I am always in motion, so it locks the settings.

Maybe someone can tell me direction to solve this problem. I think the easiest way is to reset the device, but there is no reset button on the device and it is not described anywhere how to do it.
I bought it in a specialized store in Ukraine, but Pioneer Europe refuse me any consultations. I have an impression that there is no official service in Ukraine and the maximum I can remove the device and take it to some service, and walk a few weeks without the car. I hope I can try to solve this problem without removing the device at first.

I will be very happy to hear your ideas, so many nerves spent and more and more often I'm thinking of just throwing it away and installing some top-end Chinese android.
thank you in advance!

problem solving

Unfortunately i see that the esteemed members of this car sound community have ignored my problem. I'm very disappointed because it has caused me a lot of discomfort and no one seems to care.....

well, I'll answer myself in the hope that someone will search for answers to a similar case and google will index this topic,

I solved my problem suddenly and in a very simple way,
the whole thing was that the head unit saw the handbrake incorrectly, and to solve this problem I didn't even have to buy an emulator, which is offered everywhere to buy,

I found this video, which completely helped with my car stereo, everything worked in 30 seconds after these manipulations:

good luck to everyone!
